This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel their services and request refunds from Vintage Digital Solution (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel their service by providing written notice to sales@vintagedigitalsolution.com. The notice must be received at least15 days before the scheduled start of the service or project.
- Ongoing Services: For ongoing services, clients must provide 30 days written notice for cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the Client cancels the service within the cancellation notice period as stated above.
- If the Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Non-Refundable Fees: The following fees are non-refundable:
- Setup fees or deposits paid before the start of a project.
- Fees for services that have been rendered prior to cancellation.
- Costs incurred for third-party services or licenses.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to sales@vintagedigitalsolution.com detailing the reasons for the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 30 days clients will be notified of the decision.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
- Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Modifications to Services
If the Client requests significant changes to the scope of the project after work has commenced, the Company will provide an updated estimate. If the new estimate exceeds the initial agreement, the Client may choose to proceed with the changes or cancel the project based on the terms outlined in this policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, the Client agrees to engage in good faith negotiations with the Company to resolve the issue before seeking further action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
